Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service Annual Service Plan has been published and can be found through the following link. This is a living document and may be amended through the year if required. The document links in with the 'Our Focus - Plan on a Page' which summarises the contents of the Service Plan.

Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service has issued a Service Charter which sets out what services we provide, how well we will provide them and what to do if you are not satisfied.   You can access the Charter by clicking the following link. Service Charter

Service Plan 2010-2011

Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service Plan 2010-11 is now published and can be viewed using the link below.   As a living document this will be reviewed through the year.   The targets set for the Performance Indicators may be revised when the final 2009-10 data is confirmed.

North West Fire and Rescue Management Board

The Board is responsible for aspects of fire and rescue service delivery to the people of Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside and was formed in 2004.
