Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service is committed to help create a safe environment for all the residents of Cumbria and our older people are no exception.  As the number of older people keeps growing it is vital that we work with our partners to ensure the best possible service.  In this section you can find out more information about out work with some of our partners.

One new innovation is the appointment of an Older Persons Advocate who will concentrate on the specific needs of our more senior residents to make sure that this service provides the help needed to keep safe and secure.
