Cumbria Fire & Rescue has terminated its relationship with a company called RiskSmart, which was aimed at increasing the safety of businesses around the area.
 
The reason for the termination of this relationship is due to the receipt of notification that RiskSmart have ceased trading. 

Please be aware that a company now trading as 'RiskSmart Support' may be contacting you, and they are not in any way affiliated with Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service.

Members of the public who have completed their online assessment can be assured that a level of compliance is being achieved and that subject to periodic review, the need for any further web based support will not be required.

Residents and businesses are advised that any letterheads or other joint literature which appears to promote a partnership between Cumbria fire and rescue service and RiskSmart is no longer valid. If you have any concerns over RiskSmart, please write to
