Alan Maguire a Fire Inspector and Team Leader with Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service outlines the requirements of the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. He also goes through a step by step breakdown of the Enforcement process from the initial contact to the final letter. He also provides some clarity on the definition of the 'Responsible person'. As well as talking about which premises the legislation covers, and the duties that the responsible person must comply with, also providing direction as to where further guidance can be found.
