Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service employs support staff without which the service could not function.   The service needs expertise from a wide range of disciplines ranging from HR experts to mechanics and inspecting officers to secretarial staff.   From time to time there are opportunities to join this vital part of the service and they are advertised both on this website, Cumbria County Councils website and normally in the press.
